That’s why I teamed up with We Buy and Help and became a consultant to design exit strategies that are for the benefit of landlords not real estate agents. Our custom plans discover what the landlords' needs are and what’s important to them.

The whole point of being a landlord was not to have a job but to have passive income. As a consultant for We Buy and Help, I have helped a family that thought they had to leave their home because the sheriff’s auction had already been scheduled but they wanted to do anything and everything they could to stay. After performing our needs analysis, we found out that they still had another option called a delay of sale. I gave them instructions on who to contact and what to say and they were able to get another 90 day delay. A year and a half later and they still live in their home, which was once in foreclosure. Who knows what can happen in 90 days? But if that’s the solution you seek, I give my all to make sure that happens.

I have experienced any number of situations where homeowners didn’t think they had more options. I have gotten people the profit they initially expected out of the sale of their home. My objective is to find the solution that is right for each individual situation and profits the homeowner first and everything else is secondary. By helping people and families, the results are a company that has flourished. Our motto, “We Go the Extra Mile”, isn’t just a motto, it’s a way of life.
